Amendment Vote RESULTS
On September 22, 2011,
the Board of Directors received a petition signed by 45 members
of the Association, representing 5% of the Membership. The
petition requested a special membership meeting for the purpose
of amending the CC&Rs to prohibit leases for less than 30
day
On
December
17, 2011, the ballots were tabulated and the results were as
follows:
525 Ballots received, 197
Yes, 324 No, 4 votes invalid
Therefore, vacation
rentals are still allowed in Oak Shores
